I had the same experience. They will contact you after third unsuccessful attempt. Then you can schedule a pick-up. Or you can contact their customer service to schedule a delivery or pick-up.
BTW, I think Canada Post used to have a better service in this case. And you can pick up at the closest post office. Don't know why Future Shop changed its shipper. :flaming:
one answer i know is Future Shop switched to UPS from CanadaPost due to a labor strike threat to CanadaPost in last summer. Since then, all shippings have being delivered by UPS.
