This spring, signing up for virtual waste collection reminders could win you a one-year all-inclusive individual fitness membership or a six-month household membership at a City of Ottawa recreation facility near you.
To enter, sign up for waste collection reminders, and then stay tuned for the link to enter the draw. It will be published in your weekly garbage and recycling reminder message the weeks of June 4 and June 11. If you’re an Android user, this is the link for you. If you use an iPhone click or tap here.
If you still enjoy getting your waste reminders the old-fashi oned way, that’s ok too. The 2023-2024 waste collection calendars are in the mail. Keep an eye out for yours this week and next week.
If the draw doesn’t go your way, visit a participating facility to get a free Try It fitness pass. No appointment needed. Your free pass gives you three visits to participating facilities.
