紧急求助(TAX)

今天受到Canada Customs and Revenue Agency 来信,说我 not eligible for CHILD TAX BENEFIT ,理由是:lgistlation deems the woman to be primarily responsible for the care and upbring of the child.我忘了当时签的是我的名还是我太太的名.
给我太太回信是not eligible for CHILD TAX BENEFIT ,理由是not meet the citizenship requirement.
并且同样不明白" base year" 和"payment period",我的信上base year 1995.
我1995 年还在国内呀.
现在我该怎么办?敬请指点,多谢!

call or write a letter to complain, the officers are nice and will help you

just go to the federal revenue directly

go ask them directly, the revenue agency building is the very downtown ottawa very close to bank st and the library.
they will explain.
