发达国家两个因素(低出生率+长寿命)加在一起造成对移民(合法的和非法的)的刚需。美加还要加上另一个因素,垃圾人口的不断增加。
一个平衡的社会必须维持劳动人口大于无效人口(儿童+学生+退休人口+流浪汉)。

Breaking down the average prices into houses and condos:​

The average price for a freehold house in Ottawa for July was $807,029, up 4.9%. This includes detached singles, Townhouses and Semi-Detached homes.

The average price for a condominium in July was $438,355 up 2.9%. This includes apartments, row units and stacked-style condos.

Number of Home Sales versus last year​

Ottawa had 3,546 Residential Properties sell in July, 2023, up 4%. (includes freehold and condos). 2,978 sales were freehold, up 7.1%, and 568 were condo sales, down 9.7% over last year.

现在讨论房市的人是狠人,一大堆cash不知道怎么办。
 
真正的变动在后半年和后两年。在现房贷到期时会有还贷违约出现。
福胖吹了个一百五十万套的大泡泡。以现在的利息,没人愿盖房子。政府还抢一部分解决廉价住房。
压力现在在移民部,收紧移民政策是下步。
然后新问题就是谁来养老人。于是就会打晚退休和退休金的主意。
解决也简单,与其森林被烧了,还不如卖了
