3M keypak high speed bundle在Bell的Business Internet部门早就有了: 连一部商用电话，8种smart touch服务，黄页listing，若干email地址等每个月才$79.95。而且经常给discount，个别账单还一直被Bell write-off着，因为打不出账单。

But the problem is the brandwith to China. As far as I am experiencing, it still lags behind the other major high speed internet service provider: Rogers. Plus, I don't know why. Once my Rogers(I am no longer using Rogers as it doesn't want to upgrade my out-dated apartment cable line) offered an average 300KB/sec download speed for 6 minutes when getting things from MS website. I think it should be considered a very stable speed as it lasted long enough. This speed is comparable to a T1 line. My sympatico never ever reached that speed, mostly 160KB/sec. And, I don't feel that upload speed is any faster than Rogers though Sympatico claims to be so.
