1) Recorded oil sale to India--- Russia is entering its third year of war in Ukraine with an unprecedented amount of cash in government coffers, bolstered by a record $37 billion of crude oil sales to India last year

2) The US bought oil products from India too--- Some of the crude was refined by India and then exported to the United States as oil products worth more than $1.3 billion last year.

3) Open & shadow buying and voyage from Russia to Idia---588 direct voyages by oil tankers from Russia to India last year plus countless shadow oil tank fleets from Russia to India

4) Russia's government obtained tons of revenue from oil---Russia’s federal revenues ballooned to a record $320 billion in 2023 and are set to rise further still. Roughly a third of the money was spent on the war in Ukraine last year,

5) Oil sales sustain Russia in the Ukraine war ---The funds at the Kremlin’s disposal put Moscow in a better position to sustain a lengthy war than Kyiv.

6) Russia has been never richer--- Russian federal revenue and expenditure were both at an all-time high in 2023.
