以前CD流行的时候，空白CD的价格中包含了一小部分付给音乐家协会的版权费，因为音乐家们指控很多人用CD非法翻录音乐没付版税，后来达成了协议。有人或许会说，并不是所有空白CD都是用来非法翻录音乐的，这的确是对的，但是。。。

以后电动车普及了，也可考虑类似方法
