Any tricks with Minto new house ?

I am talking about Minto's new house price in Kanata and Barrheaven.

Anybody know why they are so low ?

Don't you think the location is one of the reasons for the SO LOW PRICE?
By the way, which company or area did you compare to when you say Minto's price is SO LOW?

感觉Barrheaven交通很成问题

倒不是路不好走，我发现那边老出恶性事故。
前年(?)有位女同胞出事，前不久AlgonquincCollege的一女生和一对父女，
刚看电视又有一位女性遇难。
