我听过这句中国话。

听似有理，实则谬误。难道不会游泳的掉进水里（从桥上、岸边、船上）落水，就不会淹死了？我看反而是会游泳的还有自救的机会。

这句话，就像说“摔死的都是会走路的”，一样荒谬。 lol
