I plan to apply for permanent resident for my parents. But my mom is here (she's been here for 8 months) and my dad is in China. If I apply for both of them, I think the case will be processed in China where it will take longer time. Is there a better way to apply for it so that it will take shorter time and my mom can still stay in Canada? Thanks for help.
