Note:
-Month by month, one month deposit that will return on the day you move out after room inspection and first month rental payment and lease signed before you move in.
-No visitors are allowed overnight
-No parties are allowed in the house.
-No drugs and drunk are in the house. Overall, we don't do anything effect someone else like talking loud at night or do big cooking or use washing machine after 11pm.
-No criminal records.
-Living and dining area on the first floor is not shareable.
-Third bedroom (master bedroom) on the first floor with ensuite is for landlord. landlord has a friendly goldendoodle Dog and occasionally live in. Third room is empty most of time.
