另外，话费如何计算呢？也是免费的吗？
如果不免费，可以用IP电话卡打吗？

可我试了几张电话卡都不行，刚拨通，英语提示要charge money，这边就断了。

人在国内，买不到机票回来参加入籍考试，想通知CIC,可从Nov. 3 起CIC的Call center全改成1-888的免费电话了。

Have you tried to contact Canadian Embassy within China?
They may be able to provide some info, here's BJ's line: (86-10) 6532-3536

Alternatively, you can call the Canadian Int'l Toll free number, and once you're speaking with the representitive, tell them your situation, and request them to provide none-1-888 numbers...
