Enbridge reads your meter every 2nd month: one month estimated and one-month actual reading. Your billing month, as attached copy, is the actual reading. That means the previous month was an estimated reading. If the last (previous) month's estimated reading was lower than what you actually consumed, This month's ( actual) minus last month's ( estimate ) will be higher than the math-calculated number on the bill.
Enbridge billing system automatically calculates your estimated monthly reading based on each specific month's reading in the past few years. Check your same month's bill for last year. It should be very close, at least more or less in the ballpark UNLESS YOU MOVE IN A NEW HOUSE (A BIG MANSON).
" 前面的30天重复收费了" is rare. Check for any leaking from the meter to the apparatus before questioning your bill.
True! It is a very weird bill, and it could be a system glitch but I don't believe Enbridge could sneakily make up its loss, if any, without any explanation. Anyway, review your same month's bill from the last few years as a reference, before questioning them..You haven't understood the problem.
