If you are buying a model home (existing house), then you can get a deal by negotiating. If you just buy a floor plan (closing in more than 4 months), I don't think you can get any. But for sure, you should try.

我比较喜欢VANLENCIA,不过我看的那个区没有这个PLAN,今天看了LONGSHIRE,觉得还不错.但是不知道每年的地税回不会很高,它的面积是1900(包括BASEMENT)

I like this plan too, the only thing I don't like is the foyer design.
