Ask if the parking office have 3 days or 1 week special parking tickets.
As my knowledge, Quesway Hostial has 3 days ($36).
Civic Hospital has 1 week ($42).
These kind tickets have unlimited in/out during the period!
The best solution is wait in the hospital until the garage close (after 10pm), you can pay flat rate at 4 or 4.50 by machine for your whole day parking.
if you go to emegency,it's 20 minutes free parking outside the door, send you wife in, come back and park the car in the parking lot, because you don't know how long you will wait for the baby.
