我是一月的新生，通知书上说要“submit official translation of diploma”及"submit official proof of diploma""official translation of transcripts"是什么意思啊，申请时提供的资料不是都有在国内准备的原件copy及翻译件吗，上面都有学校的公章。我本来以为只要到时候出示原件就可以了，是不是他们不接受国内的，必须在这里找人公证？大家知道该怎么做吗？
