I am interested in your TV? how old is the TV? does it have remote control?

The TV is 6 years old and comes with Universal Remote. The only problem with it is it flickers sometimes.
Just giving it a slap will fix it.

It's model # CT-20G12DV. It's black and comes with universal remote. The universal remote itself was bought for $20.
