原来这个数据和大选polling差不多，也需要通过survey收集数据，企业上报这些信息。。。

如果上报拖后或者不上报。。。结果可能就会偏差或者滞后。。。就得修改。。。

统计局给各大公司企业发问卷调查，但没有限制时间回复（延续了covid期间的习惯），按时回复率据说只有60%。。。
等实际数据出来后，只能修改前面的。。。

所以应该强制要求按时回复问卷调查。。。

但是这次修改后的数据，和一些私有调查机构的数据相似。。。
