Who has the experience about the recent fingerprint requirement for citizenship process? It looks take much longer than before (more than 9 months). I sent it to RCMP by end of may last year and it is still in RCMP and was told need another one to tow months.

Do you know when CIC ottawa sent it to RCMP and when RCMP received and
entered to their database? I just contacted RCMP and found that they
got mine at the end of Nov while I submitted to CIC ottawa at the end of Sep.
They said it would take at least 150 days from the date they entered it to
their database.

I have the same experience as yours, and I just wrote a complain letter to the new CIC Minister about the fingerprint caused citizenship applications delay. and I requested them to pay more attention to the applications which waiting more than 12 months, I think it's their duty to urge RCMP. I hope more people can write the complain about this issue.
