请问大家有没有劳工法条款对产妇的保护, 比如说产妇休完产假上班,在一定时间内
雇主不可以解雇她。

Employer can't lay off you:

1) 6 weeks before your delivery.
2) 50 weeks after delivery.

Any other time, it's fair game. In fact, it's nice for an employer to notice you suring your leave that you will be layed off in the 51th week, so that you will have time to prepare.

休完一年的产假,还要保护,这对其他雇员有点不fair,但一般来说,回来后1-2个月,不会被解雇,不是不可以,而是雇主不想惹麻烦。

但如果雇员所在的部门被整体dismiss,就无所谓了。

不准确。
应该是把你老公的产假加起来,你可以休息52个星期(17 weeks of pregnancy leave, and another 35 weeks parental leave),在这期间,你受法律保护,雇主应保留你的位置。
