建管道还真需要自由党，因为自由党只要同意了阿省，就可以跟其他省沟通，而保守党上台，只会跟BC 和魁省对抗，根本搞不成。BC 和魁省都是极左，接受偏左的自由党肯定比偏右的保守党更容易
