Subject: New Patient Waitlist - Westend FamilyCare Clinic

We are writing to share a general update from our clinic. We will be welcoming new physicians in the new year and are now accepting patients for our waitlist. This update is being shared for general awareness only.



Please note that current patients of the clinic cannot join the waitlist or change physicians, as we are unable to accommodate internal transfers.



If you know someone in the community who is looking for a family doctor and may wish to join the waitlist, they may email:

They must include their full name, date of birth, and phone number.


Please remind them not to include any additional personal or medical information.



Important notes:

The waitlist is processed in the order emails are received.

Do not send multiple emails. This will move you to the bottom of the list.

Waitlist placement does not guarantee assignment to a provider.

Physician selection is not available; assignment depends on availability.

If contacted, you must attend your appointment to retain your spot.

There is no estimated timeline for when you may be contacted.

Please do not call or email the clinic to ask about your position on the waitlist, as we are unable to provide updates.
