Bought the 12"×24" Floorest Onyx Cream tile for my bathroom because I love the feeling—soft, warm, and elegant like jade. At first I was worried it would be a nightmare to lay out, since getting a natural vein flow on the wall can be very challenging.
I noticed there are three 24"×48" format pieces, so I took photos of all three and carefully puzzled out the full 48"×95" pattern before installation. It took a lot of time and patience, but the final result looks amazing. The continuous vein and large pattern are rare to find and truly beautiful.
The price is very good, but the tile chips easily. Even though I handled them with care, when two pieces touched edge‑to‑edge, the corners chipped—I ended up with about eight tiles with chipped corners. So I’d recommend this product only if you’re prepared to:
- Spend time: planning the layout to follow the vein flow
- Handle gently: to avoid chipping, especially at the corners
Overall, I really love the color and pattern and appreciate that the manufacturer designed such a large, continuous vein pattern. I would recommend this tile to someone who values aesthetics and is willing to invest extra time and care during installation
