震级4.0 以下的，确实是没啥感觉的。4到5的，可能会感到吊灯晃动或者铅笔滚落桌面之类的。
北京的建筑都是按照设防烈度8来设计的。 所以你没啥感觉正常。
再说，地震这事儿不但要看震级，还要看震源位置和震源深度。对地面破坏程度主要用烈度来衡量， 光说有地震是毫无意义的。
