NEC powermate VT300i desktop problem

Hi,
I have a NEC powermate VT300i desktop problem
It can not bootup and has been sit there for a while.
The problem is either motherboard or CPU is dead.
I think it is slot1,PIII 500 Intel CPU and normal slot1 motherboard.
Anyone has same model or similar machince can help me to test the problem?
or where can I get good deal for these parts?

这么老的机器，如果换配件也只有二手的，不太合算。

Because of long time when the desktop in warranty,I sent it back to fixed.
First they said the power supply is dead,they changed one.Later they said the fan blade was missing one,and cost too hot and burn the CPU or Motherboard.
I think it is either motherboard and CPU is dead.
Just want to set it up for my parents to play poker and surf online in spare time.
