Where to fix digital camera

I saw an AD selling Kodak LS443 4.0MP for parts, and wanted to fix it.
Here is the problem:
When the camera is powered on, it displays ERROR 45 and cannot continue/shuts down. After a lot of tries I got it to power up properly once. So something is probably intermittent.

I wonder anyone here can fix this camera? How much would it be?
