在内衣内裤外加了一件单衣和单裤就出去转了一个小时, 前半程都好, 回来的时候遇上顶头风, 风速和跑步速度加一起快30公里/小时, 结果耳朵冻着了,现在还有点疼.

谁知道windchill怎么算法? 周围-27度加30km/h的相对风相当于windchill多少度?

wind chill temp, WCT = 13.12 + 0.6215 x Tair - 11.37 x V10metre^0.16 +0.3965 x Tair x V10metre^0.16

Where : Tair - is the surface temp in C
V10metre - is the standard surface wind speed in km/hr
so with Tair = -27'C and wind speed = 30km/hr
WCT = -41.6979'C

then (25-27)/(-39.1-x) = (25-30)/(-39.1+45.6)
===> x = -41.7'C.
