Caught at a stop sign, not fall stop. 3 points+$110. unlucky! how will the insurance be affected?

shall be fine. My previous speeding tickets (3 and 4 points) did not cause any trouble on insurance even though I told them I have tickets and deducted points.

I bet 90% of the car drivers do the same as I did at a stop sign. What is the chance to go to a court?
