美国 H-1B visa 问题

要毕业了，美国找了个工作(加拿大工作难找啊)，
申请 H-1B 面谈时
会谈什么？有没有人有经验？
听说 H-1B 不大会被拒签的 是吗？

1: prepare all your documents

Focus on the following points:

2: it is a professional position (not everybody can fit, only professionals)
3: you are qualified (your education background, skills and experiences. If you are a new graduate, prepare to answer experience related questions. for example, experiences from jobs before school)
4: the company is able to pay you
5: the salary is within the range (not under pay you)

BTW: if you are holding a chinese passport, you will get a visa valid for 3 months with 2 entries.

very unlikely to deny you unless they find problems from item 2-5. Don't need to worry about other generic questions

However, the maximum number for H1-B visa has been decreased from 195,000 to 65,000. So there should be more cases to be denied even if they are all qualified. Any suggestion? Thanks.

Applying for a H-1b visa means he (she) has got the approval of the H-1b petition. no worry about the numbers.

Why 3month? I heard some one got 3 year multi-entrnance. How about with Canadian PR?
