Could anybody recommend a long distance phone company?
I had been OK with Cyberlink Pacific untill last Friday. I found that my long distance service was stopped and had been transferred to another no-name company (named All-Stream ???), without my awareness. I waited 15 minutes to get the chance to speak to their customer service, and was told they could do noting till Monday. Today I called them again, I was told it is NOT their responsibility, I should call that All-Stream company myself. I requested to speak to their manager, but was told s/he will not answer my phone, because s/he was on a meeting. They finally agreed to forward my inquiry to other department to have my line check.
I hope that nobody else has that bad experience and sorry for my lack-of-Chinese-input-tool.
