what are the benefits for Employers to give cash to employees? (excluding the employers don't need to pay tax)
 
of course, i know this too. :) anything else?
 
Less hassle to calculate incoming tax, EI and cpp and pay their share to CCRA.
 
Don't you guys talk about the pros only, let's look at the cons
 
每年国家要他们按照一顶利润交税,有多有少,如果PAY CASH的话,这可以不算利润,反正国家不知道,利润少了,税就少了。对他们很有利呀。
 
alright, let's summarize: benefits for Employers
1. no tax
2. can hire illegal status people
3. no need to give any type of benefits
4. fire u at any time

Anything Else?

For Employees:

1. More income when no need to pay pension, EI, tax etc.
2. no benefits
3. no gurantees/security if something happened at work place.
4. u can terminate the work at any time

Anything Else?
 
And,

For employer:
Apparently the person undertaking the cash work can't pick too much on salary.

For employee:
He may still claim EI or other social benefit while working in a cash work.
