[问题] about US visiting Visa (B1/B2)

My parents from China would like to visit their relative in USA after visiting Ottawa for while.
They don't know if it is difficult to apply for the US Visa from Canada because they are Chinese citizen.
I wonder if anybody know the current situation of applying for US visiting visa from Ottawa?

Any suggestion will be very appreciated!

They will ask your parents to obtain a Visa from Beijing embassy instead. Probably it is better to join a tour instead of visiting relatives or friends.
