1. IBM web site.
2. Do you have friends work for IBM ? Employee can buy with dis-count.
3. T series is good.

Or, you may let somebody bring you one from Hongkong. It's duty-free. So far as I known, T-40, one of super products of T-series, quotes HK$12,000-14,000. Price is good.

T40 is not stable.
And the keyboard was broken after I got it one month later.

Check porduct info on IBM website.
Then call them and pay by credit card.
They will ship it for you.
