Help: need softwares

I need the following softwares in urgent. Could anybody give me help?

1- JBuilder Enterprise by Borland company (latest Version is Called X,
previous to that is version 9...any one would do)
2- Weblogic by bea company (I believe the latest verson is 8.1 or so)
