I need a nice bachler or one bedroom apt with a big closet to rent. It is better in Marivale, Woodroffe or Hunt Club area.
I have a car, so I need a parking space too. . I hope it is a nice, cosy and clean place with hardwood floor or clean carpet. I like an open concept kitchen, big windows and a full bathroom. If the room is in a house, I would like to have a seperate entrance. Basement is fine for me only if it is not cold and dark.
The price will depend on the place. It would be better to have a washer, a dryer, cable, internet connection, storage and other convient facilities, but not mandatory.
