紧急求助：因学习问题需上诉

有人因为基於正当理由的学习成绩不佳给the Senate Committee for the Study of Individual Cases 写过上诉信要求取消这门成绩的吗？急需知情人的建议和信息，先谢谢了！！！ 真的万分焦急，请帮帮忙。。。 。。。

具体是这样的，我所选的一门研究生课是有prerequisite要求的，但是因为系里课程时间安排的问题我还没有机会学这门实际上属大学课程的prerequisite.而且期中成绩出来得晚于退课的最后期限，最终还是没过。写信要求把此课变成旁听，在研究生院没有通过，但是被告知可继续上诉到the Senate Committee for the Study of Individual Cases。鉴于时间紧迫又没经验，急需大家帮忙出出主意。

It is impossible to get rid of your bad mark of that course from your student file, but if you have some kind of special reason which caused your mark hard to see, maybe you can talk to your department and they will write "by accident''as N.B on your transcript. I heard this one of one of my professors, so I am still not sure whether it works or not.
