my question was, as far as i understand about this, i thought the default priority was set to 1, thus it has to be the lowest priority.

anyone, your idea?

from what you posted:

1) I didn't see where it said "default priority was set to 1"
2) even if default is set to 1, why can't the default be "highest priority" ?
