Passport and LP are always needed. Some thing more like Driver License, Bank stmt, utility bill whatever for veryfying your living in Canada will be asked for support since this year.

I had the experience on Jan 9th. It is fine with your passport and LP.
They will ask how long you have left Canada this time? Where do you live in Canada? And what do you bring in Canada this time.
If you don't have a home in Canada yet, suggest go through the border during office hour, in case they need inspect your validity.
