有没有4月底或者5月1日入住的房子

由于暑假回国，5月起转租，Two-bedroom中的一个bedroom

房子位于 Prince of Wales 1435,离CU极近, 交通及其方便，楼门口就是117，111，3路车站：
117路――可直达卡尔顿（CU）校内，在5月到9月明媚的阳光下，走到学校也就15分钟，还可以省下不匪的公车费50加元/月！
3路――直达downtown和唐人街，
111路――10分钟就到farm boy（买菜肉），futureshop（电脑数码相机等电器）, independent（大型超市），Winners shop（Nike，Reebok，Adidas等体育名牌打折店） etc. shopping mall。

而且楼下对面就是farmers pick超市，TIM HOUTONS, 麦当劳, SHOPPERS DRUG MART,TD bank 和BOM bank。

楼内还有游泳池,洗衣房。roommate和善，友好，很好相处！暂定320元/月，有意可再商议，欢迎看房，如觉家俱实用，可以留用。
