怎样用UHIP CARD报销视力检查的费用[问题]

在BILLINGS那家查的视力，但是医生就给了一张小纸条，上面有名字和我已经付了多少钱。让我用UHIP去和学校报销，但是我不知道找哪里，什么步骤。麻烦办过的人和我说说。谢了！

我以前没有在CU报销过，不过我想这样的问题应该去Technology and Training Centre那个楼里的诊所去问问，或者你可以给那里打个电话什么的

You can claim the amount back from UHIP for sure. Just fill out a claim form and mail it with your original receipt(you'd better make a copy for filekeeping). Then you will get your money back in around 1 month. The claim form can be downloaded from

or you can ask your UHIP administrator in your University for a claim form.
