急！请问ms outlook中的邮件和联系人是存放在什么目录下？

Thanks, but the thing is my system has crashed, I can't start my computer, the way I want to do is to use somebody else's computer, put my harddisk onto it, and get all my important data copied out. The most important data for me are the emails and address book, so anyone can tell me where they are located? Thanks!
