What do you mean "冻住"?
Does your brake "fail" to work(stop the car)? Or Ice/Snow is covering your brake?

my car's problem:
when it's very cold, the brake booster won't work. it seems as if the brake is freezed, because the power assistance is gone. but if i step on the brake very very hard, the brake still works. after i pump the brake pedal several times while the car is warming up, the power asistance will be back and the brake becomes normal.

Seems like your power brake booster has a vacuum leak, have it checked out, for it can be dangerous!

maybe you need change your brake fluid, because the brake fluid absorb water over time. usually change brake fluid once in two years
