求教：因为想申请父母过来，今天给税务局打电话要2002（去年在OTTAWA的政府免费VOLUNTEER处网上填报的）的报税SUMMARY，她说我的没记录，只有2001的（自己填写和寄出的），说我去年没报税和帮不了我了。怎么办呀？去年都给我退回来钱了，她确说不可能呀。另外，老婆12月中来的，这次退税，她也能退税吗？谢谢

If you received the tax refund for year 20002 then you should also received what they called "tax assessment", something like that. I think that is proof of your income in 2002.

Yes, you wife can also file a tax return as long as she was here on Dec 31, 2003. But for the GST return, only one of your can claim.

回想了一下，我还真没收到那个ASSESSMENT，那时我怎么就忘了问了。但那报税的小姑娘怎么就把我的税报丢了呢？请问，那还能给补报前年的了吗？都怪我太粗心了。

If you did not file a tax return for the year before, yes, you can. But if you did..., I think you had better to check with CCRA.. I am not sure...
