帮帮小妹！我该什么时侯寄申请学校材料

<HTML>小女子准备明年移民登陆后就秋季入学读MASTER DEGREE，
现在北京等移居签证，预计明年4、5月拿到。
我现在申请学校材料已做了一半，
我应赶在international students的deadline（来年二、三月份，还没拿到LP）寄走全部材料，还是和canadian and immigrants students一样六、七月再寄到。什么时间寄去更容易被录取？这里有什么说法？小妹我在申请U of O,EE. 请知道的前辈指路，小女子先谢了。</HTML>

<HTML>If I am correct, there are two deadlines -
the first deadline is April 1st and the second deadline is June 1st. It is good to submit your application in the first. If you can't be accepted after the first deadline, you still have time to contact prof. for the two rounds.
