你是说中国小孩吗? 加拿大人收养中国小孩是通过在这边的中介, 不过要交给中介和中国方面2.5万到3万加元 (听几个领养了中国小女孩的加拿大人说的). 但不知道华裔收养中国小孩要多少钱.
两年前知道一个做这种领养生意的华人的电话, 他就住渥太华, 如果需要可以帮你找找. 不过在中国领养的健康小孩几乎都是女孩喔.

应该是"生意"吧, 因为肯定有人从中挣了钱.
有个加拿大老太太说她女儿从中国领养了一个小女孩, 并交给了中国的"Police Station"三万加元. 我一直不相信中国的"Police Station"会收这么多钱, 就算是交之前的抚养费, 一岁多点儿的小孩也用不了这么多钱. 可能相当一部分是中介费吧. 我也想收养来着, 因为太贵, 所以放弃了.
的确, 领养一个中国孤儿院里的孩子需要一笔比较大的开支, 而且有一定的条件. 我的理解是中国政府希望明确领养中国孤儿的家庭在经济上是宽裕的. 同时, 也并不是花了那么多的钱, 中国政府就一定会把孩子给你, 这不是一种买卖.

General Information
This is our landmark program and has been in operation since 1991. Children's Bridge has successfully completed over 1200 adoptions from China. majority of our adoptions have been infant girls between 10 and 14 months of age. Older children and children with special needs are also available. Children are available mostly due to one child policy.
China offers a very smooth, predictable process. Your child will arrive home approximately 13 to 14 months after your adoption file reaches China. Our children have adapted well with few adjustment problems. Very limited social and medical information is available relating to your child.
Medical Information
Very little available; height, weight, Hepatitis, NO HIV information
Requirements
You must be 30 years of age, (if a couple, BOTH must be 30) NO exceptions.
You must be married or single, no common law, no same sex couples permitted to apply.
Applicants must be free from criminal record and in good physical and emotional health.
Single parent or one of the two parents must be a Canadian citizen
Parents over 50 must be prepared to accept a child three years of age.
Please note: Children’s Bridge is currently not accepting single applicants at this time. Please contact the office for further details.
Process
Completion of a home study and approval in province.
File translated and notarized by Children's Bridge, sent to China and processed through central adoption service.
Family must travel to China to complete the adoption.
Stay is 13 days, in which a translator/guide accompanies the family and is available 24 hours a day.
Cost
Expected range $20,000 - $22,000 Canadian including all expenses in every stage of the adoption process.
