I have one room to rent, closest to OU
One big, sunny and clean room will be available on March 1,2004.
Locate on third floor of 45 Mann Ave. One minute to University of Ottawa, 3 minutes to Bus station, one minute to GYM, 4 minutes to the Rideau river park and the Canal.
The rental is $260. Plus sharing heating, Rogers high-speed Internet, more than 70 channel TV cable, and local telephone. Around $40-60 per month.
It is a long term, not sublet.
There is a free shuttle bus between Carleton University and Ottawa University. It is a good place for students.
Two friendly Chinese female students look for a nice, non-smoking roommate. Female prefered.
