单打独斗的郁闷

郁闷啊，我们公司有个NEWSGROUP。上星期五，有个鬼老发文抱怨另外一个鬼老在公司CAFETERIA结帐时，对CASHIER不礼貌。这件事本来和中国人没有关系，结果一个以前对中国有偏见的人发贴开始COMPLAIN我们公司以前办KID COMP的时候有一些来之人口众多的地方POPULOUS人可能习惯与拥挤和插队，说这可能是文化的不同。

尽管他没有说中国，我知道他在影射中国，我就说了我在北美某机场等飞机时，看见的好几个插队的人，好象只有一个象来自POPULOUS的人，其它全是本地人，这鬼老不肯声了。

这时又有一人发贴，就是这个日本街头派队的短篇，还有一人发贴说日本游客在CANADA玩给服务员小费，使他感到很舒服。这两个倒罢了。

今天看见一个名字象越南人NG的人发贴，说这和人口多少没关系，跟不同的文化有关系，说在中国文化中插队很正常，他/她去北京上地铁，人们不排队，他想排，人家一拥而上不理他而在日本地铁很有秩序。

我相信他/她说的北京地铁秩序可能是事实，郁闷。

我正在想怎么反击他/她，嗨，我们公司有很多中国人，除了我，现在没人站出来就这个有针对中国的话题发表意见。郁闷啊，单打独斗的感觉。

It is the fact in China, why do you want to fight back? Don't be sensitive, if they say China is still a poor country, would you argue with them? It does not make sense because whatever progress China has made so far, it's still a relatively poor country.

Try to establish ourselves in Canada, don't always defend China. African countries are very poor, but it does not prevent many elite African Americans from being successful in US. That way, they can protect their fellow African Americans in future. That's the correct way for Chinese community.

Then, the right way to fight back is politely reminding them it's inappropriate to discuss this meaningless topic during business hours.

By the way, although it's also very crowded in most Japs cities, China IS much much more 混乱 compared to them. It is also a fact.

完全同意老V的建议！插队拥挤是中国人的习惯之举，是板上定钉的事情，也是我等深恶痛绝之事，不要就此点进行争辩。

其他按找老V说的去办，我就不重复了。自己公司的新闻组，要小心谨慎。不多说无用的话，态度要谦和，说话要有力，尤其是证据要占的住脚，不会让人抓到破绽进行引申。可以立足中国文化，中国文化也有不少好的东西。

老外也有许多不良习惯，其实中国人的毛病老外也有，只是表现不同，善于表面文章。

不过，公司是工作场所，这个事情争论大了反尔不太好，适可而止。

It is always funny to see a lot of the Chinese choose silence under this kind of circomstance. Do you think chicken Chinese would gain respect from others? It is not defending, it is about telling the truth. One do not respect himself, his/her motherland would not be respected by others. After all, you are still chinese, whether you like it or not, people still think that way.
This is an example, don't be serious. a dog is always a dog, when someone pays a higher price, the owner could always give it away.

It is not defending, it is about telling the truth. One do not respect himself, his/her motherland would not be respected by others.

Then, go ahead, argue with them.

But you need to have some truth to back yourself. The truth is, 拥挤和插队 is normal and often seen in China. If they still don't believe, quote what Zhang Qi Yiue often say.

人说经济基础大体决定人的行为，除中国外还没去过另外的第3世界国家，是不是他们也常不排队？

I think you need to tell them your feeling. Like
I feel offended when you talked about blah blah no matter it is a fact or not. Please do me a favour to stop talking that.
争论排队不排队，在这里无必要。关键是话本身让你你不舒服。 同样，我们不能在公开场合说某一特定特定人种，身体有怪味。当着瘸人，不说短话。
