Find the job you interest in, send resume, they will eventually call you for an interview or exam. Simple like that.

I think the exam is just the technical assessment of the whole hiring process.

A little tip, when send in your resume, mention (voluntary) that you are a visible minority, female (if you are)...

Because of the Employment Equity Program, you will get kind of advantage from doing that...

Is this professional Job or Labor Job?

I guess they are mostly professional jobs. Sometime they do have kind of labour jobs, like mailperson, drivers... But those jobs require billigual.

PS: NRC = National Research Council Canada, one of the federal government agencies.
