this moring, I found I can't log in Internet, I called the rogers, they said you computer has virus, you need kill them first. I ask what kind of virus and how to spell it. he said" Norton","antidirus" also said "Mcasee". I did not know which is the name of virus, which is the software. I am in library right now. I do not have software to kill them. I need your help,please.My phone num is 230-7645. I can't use Internet in my home. thanks a lot.

You don't need any software to kill(uninstall) Norton AntiVirus
just goto control panel/add remove programs, find norton antivirus 200X and uninstall it.

是叫冲击波病毒吗?
