Job Description:
The individuals are required to prototype Java eCommerce business solutions (phase one).
Responsibilities:
- Help eCommerce reviews and assessments to aid the development of eCommerce strategies
- Build prototypes, develop applications and define functional processes enabled by eCommerce technologies
Qualifications:
- Quick learner and motivated to the new Web technologies
- Relevant experience in addition to a bachelor's or master's degree (in computer science, engineering, math, MIS or commerce)
- Experience in systems integration and interactive design for n-tier Web application development
- Experience in full life cycle development, including design, development, coding, testing and implementation
- Expertise in design and development of eCommerce
- Experience with the delivery of successful business-to-consumer eCommerce applications
- Familiar with one of the market leading packaged eCommerce software (Ariba, CommerceOne, Open Market, Blue Martini, Clarify, Vitria)
- Other hand-on skills: eShopping Cart, Apache Jakarta Struts1.1(model2, tiles, templates), J2EE Application Server(Weblogic Server6.1, Tomcat or others), EJB, Java Programming, Ant, UML, Web Page Design, Web Graphic Design, Web Content/Category Management, Workflow, XML, JDBC, MySQL, Oracle, DB Modeling, On-line Payment, Communication Skills.
